Greetings from the Wells Fargo Championship here in sunny Charlotte.
Just to advise you there will be an AGW committee meeting at 10am Friday May 22nd in the Media Center at Wentworth.
We have an hour ‘window’ ahead of the Hugo Boss ‘bash’ and there is a few items to go over including:-
1. New applications
2. AGW Dinner at St. Andrews
3. General Business
On a personal note I’m disappointed with a lack of response from committee members to the AGW Luncheon next Tuesday as I have not heard from at least half the committee.
So I would appreciate the courtesy of your confirmation by return email rather than just turning up as numbers are limited and there is only a few seats remaining given strong interest from many retired members.
I have also invited Michelle Mair and Tom Benbow to join us given their contribution to the AGW.

The same lack of response from committee members applies to the R & A Media Center leader board survey as well as interest in the Michael Williams Hoggett the Saturday of the Irish Open.
If you are attending the Irish Open it would be appreciated if you could make the effort to tee-up on the Saturday morning given this will be a first in the history of the AGW.
Hire clubs can be arranged and the Kilkeel Club has gone out of there way to accommodate us given it is a Saturday morning and members day.

Also our Treasurer Bob Davies will be present at the luncheon on Tuesday and thus presenting committee members still not ‘AGW financial’ to pay their 2015 subs.
